Take time to connect with nature
Forest Bathing in Worcestershire
Do Be Do introduces people to the practice of shinrin-yoku (or Forest Bathing) for wellbeing.
I offer Forest Bathing walks and activities to groups and individuals within the Malvern area.
Now is your time to experience relaxation by calming the effect of daily stresses.
Hi, I'm Kirsty Johnson
I have lived in Malvern for 20 years and believe the area is truly special with so much nature to offer. I am a certified Shinrin-Yoku practitioner and chose this path of study as a means to share my practice with others, having experienced the benefits of Forest Bathing for my own self-care.
I am delighted to provide Shinrin-Yoku Forest Bathing for groups, individuals and events based in Worcestershire Midlands UK. Improve your wellbeing and relaxation through nature connection.

What is Forest Bathing?
Shinrin-yoku – or Forest Bathing – is a modern approach to the ancient Japanese art of connecting with nature through our senses. The practice encourages us to slow right down, and notice the nature around us. It’s active mindfulness.
Current research reveals that Forest Bathing has extensive benefits for both mind and body. It’s rapidly becoming popular worldwide as a powerful way to reduce stress, improve our wellbeing, and rediscover our relationship with the natural world.
Forest Bathing helps us immerse ourselves in the magic of nature, wherever we are. Nature is everywhere when our eyes are open to see, and Forest Bathing is a practice that helps us become more blissfully aware of it!

Forest Bathing and Wellbeing
We now know that when we actively connect with the natural world, something magical happens to us. By tuning in to our senses we can escape our busy thoughts and sink into a light restful state of mind. We become absorbed, calm and relaxed. We feel present and more alive.
Forest Bathing for Physical Health
Stronger immune system, lower blood-sugar levels, lower blood pressure, lower stress hormones, less perception of chronic pain, faster recovery from illness.

Forest Bathing for Mental Health
More energy, better sleep quality, more resilience to stress, less anxiety, less symptoms of depression, less focus on daily concerns, better mental clarity.
